I take a systemic, whole-person approach to understanding your needs. I have a special interest in helping people heal from narcissistic abuse and dysfunctional family of origin dynamics. I love working with veterans, women, and those in the queer community. While I specialize in helping women and trauma survivors find healing and empowerment, I also enjoy working with other genders and people experiencing a variety of concerns.
